What to expect when you reach out
When you submit the form below, a Stonehmint advisor will respond within one business day to confirm receipt and propose a time for a 30-minute introductory call. That call is free, informal, and focused on understanding your situation — not on presenting a product. If after speaking with us you decide to proceed, we will outline the appropriate engagement and the associated fee in writing before any work begins. There is no pressure and no commitment required from the first contact.

Questions we are often asked before a first meeting
Do I need to have a specific amount saved to work with Stonehmint?
No minimum asset threshold applies. We work with clients at many different stages of savings accumulation, provided they are within approximately ten years of retirement or already retired. What matters is that a plan is useful and actionable for your situation.
How long does the initial planning process take?
Most clients complete their first written retirement plan within four to six weeks of the initial consultation. This includes two structured meetings, a data-gathering phase, and a written summary session where you receive the plan document and have the opportunity to ask questions.
Do you work with clients outside Québec City?
The majority of our clients are in the greater Québec City region. We occasionally serve clients elsewhere in Québec by video — particularly those with a connection to the Québec public-sector pension system (RREGOP) — but we do not actively market outside the province.
Can Stonehmint manage my investments?
Stonehmint does not manage investment portfolios. We provide planning, strategy, and coordination. If discretionary portfolio management is appropriate for your situation, we can refer you to a registered portfolio manager whose approach is compatible with your retirement plan.
